I am Shrikant, a passionate educator, trainer, coach, curriculum and content designer, strategist and facilitator with over two and a half decades of experience in transforming learning into empowerment. My journey began with a strong academic foundation but my true calling has been to ignite minds, inspire futures, and shape leaders through education and training.
As a curriculum designer and facilitator, I specialise in adolescent learning, teacher training, and corporate trainings — making complex ideas simple, memorable, and actionable. My role as a seasoned corporate trainer has honed my ability to motivate learners, design recognition-driven programs, and craft strategies that drive performance and success.
