Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour during all classes and interactions with Alecca staff and other students. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
Payment must be made in full before access to courses is granted. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. However, students may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Alecca or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Alecca.
Alecca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services, even if Alecca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
